New Customers are required to make full payment one week before shipment.

Guaranteed Delivery Mortality Rate is assured at 95%. If lower than 95% mortality, Pacific Fisheries will reimburse from the total amount payable the percentage to complete mortality of 95% or compensate on the next order of the same species. (customer option). For example: (order qty=100 pcs., mortality=90 pcs, reimburse qty: 5 pcs.)

Guaranteed Delivery "Mortality" Rate is 95%. If lower than 95%, Pacific Fisheries will reimburse from the difference of 95% to Actual "Mortality" Rate, by deducting the price of the order or next order of the same species. For example: if the quantity ordered is 100 pieces and the mortality is only 90 pieces, 5 pieces will be reimbursed to customer).

Confirmation of mortality should be done upon arrival of order. (Please report with pictures through email as soon as possible if mortality is less than 95%)

Shipment of orders guaranteed 1 week after receipt. (Schedule of Shipment may vary depending on airline bookings and weather condition.)

F.O.B. charges will be in US Dollar.

Miscellaneous charge of 5 US Dollar per boxes.

Freight payment will be charged to customer.
